We require a primary contact's information for reservation confirmation and further communications (i.e. the primary web site account holder). This information is permanently saved in the South Coast Shuttle system. For pre-screening clearance at US Customs, each passenger's full name, date of birth, and passport number is required. This information is not saved and is only used for the duration and purpose of the individual reservation process.
We will use your data anonymously for internal statistics and analysis for the sole purposes of improving our services and monitoring the health and efficiency of the web site. Additionally, we utilize Google Analytics to anonymously track such things as site page usage, geographic statistics, and other non-personal environmental details to help us analyze and improve our services.
